TERMS OF SERVICE

1. All orders are custom produced per your specifications. Although we do our best to make each item the same, you are still purchasing a hand made product, and therefore some variance can be expected.

2. All of our products are built with 100% AMERICAN MADE STEEL, and are built to stand up to the most rigorous wear and tear. Should for any reason you become dissatisfied with your product's performance, contact us immediately to find a suitable resolution.

3. Shipping is quoted on an order-by-order basis, and is charged separately after the order has been processed. Shipping costs can vary significantly so please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions about shipping and delivery charges. PLEASE SEE ‘SHIPPING & RETURNS’ PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.

4. Gym Memberships require the completion of additional paperwork during your first in-person visit to the gym. Please be sure to come with State Issued ID, Military ID or Student ID (if applicable), and a Credit Card if you wish to enroll in one of our contract membership programs.
