Shipping Information
ALL SHIPPING IS CALCULATED AND CHARGED SEPARATELY ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED. WE OFFER SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48 STATES, BUT DUE TO THE LARGE ASSORTMENT OF LARGE ITEMS, SHIPPING IS QUOTED ON AN ORDER-BY-ORDER BASIS. CONTACT US FOR SPECIFIC SHIPPING QUOTES OR QUESTIONS.
ALL SHIPPED ORDERS ARE EX WORKS (EXW). THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE WHOLE SHIPPING COSTS FROM DOOR TO DOOR. ALL COSTS AND LIABILITIES ARE WITH THE BUYER. “EX WORKS” MEANS THAT THE SELLER (SOA WELDING) HAS DELIVERED THE GOODS TO THE CUSTOMER AS SOON AS THEY ARE LOADED IN THE DELIVERY VEHICLE.
ALL DAMAGES THAT MAY INCURE DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND A DAMAGE CLAIM WILL BE STARTED BY SOA WELDING WHERE NEEDED. SOA WELDING WILL REPAIR AND ASSIST TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY WHERE APPLICABLE ON A GOOD WILL STANCE.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR DAMAGED GOODS. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS ONLY.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom-built and specialty equipment—including strength machines and plate-loaded equipment—are non-refundable. However, if a structural defect or uncommon damage resulting from standard, intended use (not misuse or abuse) is identified, customers must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. Upon review, we will work to resolve the issue appropriately.
For standard, non-custom fitness items and attachments, returns may be accepted if eligible, but are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items must be returned in unused, original condition unless otherwise approved.
